We are excited to bring you the new CHT flyer including the IWK Parenting Programs.
Please share widely with your staff and families through your email distribution lists, electronic bulletins and social media. We have attached promotional materials.
We will be offering both in person and online group programs in this flyer!
A valid NS health card number is required to register. For parenting programs, have your child’s health card available to register.
If you are a community member interested in registering for Mental Health First Aid – Adults Interacting with Youth (listed on page 19 of the flyer), please read the attached poster to find out if this program is for you. This program is intended for parents and guardians. Other adults in volunteer/unpaid roles supporting youth are also welcome.
WELLNESS NAVIGATION offered by healthcare professionals can help families connect to available resources in their community and overcome barriers. Navigation is available to residents of the greater Halifax area with a valid NS health card. Please have families call the CHT to request an appointment 902-460-4560.
